OREALAUTO ONE-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing OREALAUTO for your custom-fit floor liner needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following warranty policy:

1. Defects in Workmanship and Materials:

OREALAUTO guarantees that our custom-fit floor liners are free from defects in workmanship and materials. If you discover a defect, we will promptly replace the floor mat at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price at our discretion.

2. Fitment Guarantee:

If the custom-fit floor mat does not fit your vehicle as described in the product page, product list, or communication over email or phone, please notify us. Provide detailed information about the make, model, and year of your vehicle. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our cost to ensure your complete satisfaction. *Kindly note, the unfit item must be returned in its original packaging to facilitate the exchange.

3. Consumer Responsibility:

OREALAUTO is not responsible for consumer abuse, misuse, or mishandling, wears and tears. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, chemical contamination or any unauthorized modifications to the floor liners. It is important to use the product as intended for optimal performance.

4. Warranty Duration:

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Claims made after the one-year period will not be eligible for coverage.

5. Replacement and Shipping:

All replacements will be sent via standard shipping, which takes approximately one week unless specified otherwise. If a refund is deemed necessary, we will refund the product price and the standard shipping fee. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Crack/break, tearing and ripping warranty:

In addition to the above warranty terms, OREALAUTO offers a one-time free exchange if your custom-fit floor mats crack, tear, or rip under normal use conditions within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers one free exchange per order, and it extends from the order date to one year later. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to orders placed on OREALAUTO's official online shop (https://www.orealauto.com/) or authorized dealer shops (only if dealers place their orders on this site). This warranty term is effective for orders placed on or after January 1, 2024. To initiate a claim under this warranty, please follow the procedure outlined in section 7 (HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM) below.

7. How To Make A Claim:

Fill out the following form and email it to sale@orealauto.com. Please include the phrase "Warranty Claim" in the title for a faster response.
